Meet the Staff
Once you decide to visit us at Skin Spa by Salzman, our Front Desk Coordinator, Tara, will work with you to find the earliest available appointment that fits your schedule. Tara will also be the one who will greet you when you first arrive at the Skin Spa. If you have any questions or concerns about your visit, just ask Tara and she will see that everything is taken care of.
If it's all about having beautiful skin, you will get to know Karen very well. Karen is our Licensed Cosmetologist that has been with Dr. Salzman for over 10 years. Karen is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists; specializing in paramedical skin care, and a member of the American Academy of Micro pigmentation, the art of permanent makeup.
She continuously updates her knowledge by participating in continuing education courses around the country. She has extensive knowledge and experience with face peels, lasers and medical skin care products. She will help you prepare for your facial cosmetic procedure, and get you back in public after facial surgeries as soon as possible. With her expertise, we will find you a skin care regime that will maintain your results! Karen definitely puts the finishing touch on the new you.
If quick fixes are what interest you, our nurse, Kathy is a Certified Nurse Injector offering Botox® and wrinkle filler treatments. Also performed by Kathy are treatments such as, Laser Facials?, Affirm/Multiplex; the new generation of Fractional Lasers, spider veins and leg vein laser removal, scar treatments and LipoDissolve™. With her years of experience, you will fill confident in Kathy's expert hands.
Lydia has been a Registered Nurse with 20 + years of Plastic Surgery experience. She is a Certified Nurse Injector delivering fabulous results with both Botox® and wrinkle fillers. In addition, Lydia is certified in Hair Laser, Affirm® and Multiplex Laser® as well as Titan® Laser. Lydia has also been trained in the use of LipoDissolve™ to aid in reducing body fat. Lydia's positive demeanor and pleasant style further enhance her ability to achieve great results.
We are delighted to introduce to you our newest team member and Hair Laser Specialist, Ashley. She brings to our office great experience and knowledge in the realm of Laser treatments as well as being a Certified Aesthetician. Many of you will come to know Ashley well during your laser treatments and find that she possesses a beautifully vibrant personality and is very competent and caring in providing you with not only an excellent outcome but also a pleasurable Skin Spa experience.
