VIVITE™ combines 10% to 20% glycolic acid concentrations with antioxidants to promote moisture and stimulate collagen production. Glycolic acids, also known as one of the alpha hydroxy acids or AHAs, have been shown to improve the look and feel of the skin on your face and body. AHAs have been the most successful ingredients in the history of cosmetics, and have been used since the days of Cleopatra. Glycolic acid is believed to be the most effective AHA because of its small molecular size for greater skin penetration. It is partially neutralized so irritation is minimized.
The VIVITE™ skin care routine is also rich in botanicals including olive leaf extract, pomegranate, and green tea for natural antioxidant protection; aloe, chamomile, and wild mango butter for hydration; and licorice to reduce hyperpigmentation. The ingredient list also includes antioxidant vitamins C and E, as well as caffeine to reduce puffiness and inflammation. There are advanced ingredients in the VIVITE™ skin care formulations: superoxide dismutase (SOD) to provide antioxidant protection and neutralize free radicals, peptides to tighten skin, microbeads to enhance exfoliation, and interference pearls to reflect and diffuse light as well as minimize the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.
